Student accommodation wanted

Looking for a 6th Housemate (2025/2026)
Hiya, We're a group of five girls going into their second year looking for a sixth housemate. The house is on Teignmouth Road and is £125 bills excluded. The kitchen/lounge area is modern and spacious. All rooms are equal-sized with double beds. Each floor has one bathroom shared between 2 people. We are a friendly and sporty group who enjoy a night out but also enjoy a cozy night in socialising together. Tenancy starts 1st of July.
