Hi Jane, the house is available from the 1st of July, it's currently all signed and secured. There are 5 other housemates, 3 girls and 2 boys. The rent is £125 a week, not including bills, and there is a £500 deposit to be paid , what other details would you like? I also have a link to a video of the house.
