Hi, I'm Shramana looking for a replacement. I have a fully furnished single bedroom available in a friendly 7-person house share in Dawlish Road. The house is in a fantastic location, close to supermarkets like Aldi and Tesco, and just a short distance from the University of Birmingham. Rent is £500 per month, inclusive of all bills (water, gas, electricity and internet), with parking available. The room will be ready to move in from 21st January 2025.
