Student accommodation wanted

Tenancy takeover
Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 6 bedroom house on Dawlish Road. The room is at the top of the house, the biggest in the property, and comes with a TV and an ensuite bathroom. Rent is £650 per month, and all bills are included. The house has a spacious kitchen/living area, a large garden with a seating area, and free on-street parking. It’s just a 15 minute walk to the main campus. The tenancy would start on the 1st on January and will run until 1st September 2025, but arrangements could be made to start earlier, potentially in December 2024 as I am looking to leave ASAP. Hi my name is Luca and I would be willing to move in for that long because I am tired of commuting from Leamington Spa to university everyday and think I should be closer to uni, let me know how your thoughts when you can, thanks x
