1 bedroom available in Pritchatts Park Ashcroft block 2. it’s a 10-15 minute walk from campus and a 5 minute walk from the university train station! wifi and bills (water, heating and electricity) are included in the price. shared kitchen, 3 bathrooms (2 showers, 2 toilets) and 5 other flatmates- they’re all lovely, clean, respectful and tidy up after themselves. They don’t come back late so won’t keep you up! It’s an all girls flat so looking for another girl who is an undergraduate at the University of Birmingham. it’s available for the last 2 terms, payments would be £1652 on 1st February and £1652 on the 1st May and move out on 5th July 2025. i have taken some pictures that i can send if you email me you can also go onto the University of Birmingham website to access their pictures and information on the accommodation (however the price will be cheaper as I’ve payed for the first instalment so you will just have to pay the last two as mentioned above). email me if interested : bellehunt3r@gmail.com
