Hi, I've transferred to a different university, so I need someone to fill my room. It's an 8-bedroom/ensuite house with 6 girls and 1 guy currently living in it. The property is on 102 Heeley Road, B29 6EZ so a 10-minute walk from campus and a 2-minute walk from Selly Oak station. It is a new modern build and is £135 a week (monthly payments). If you are interested please email me first and I'll give you my number and we'll talk from there. p.s. pictures of the house is on househunt website so search it up and let's say you do move in, the move-out date will be on 30/06/2025.
