Hi, I've transferred to a different university, so I need someone to fill my room. It's an 8-bedroom/ensuite house with 6 girls and 1 guy currently living in it. The property is on 102 Heeley Road, B29 6EZ so a 10-minute walk from campus and a 2-minute walk from Selly Oak station. It is a new modern build and is £135 a week.
