Hello, I am looking for a student to take over my room. It is with Vita Student, Pebble Mill. I have a contract until 6th September. Room features kitchen, en-suite bathroom. Clean, safe, close to Selly Oak, 10 mins from city centre. Payment plan is quarterly £454 per week. Payment 19th January’25 and 15th April’25.
