Student room to rent, Now.
I am looking for a student to take over my contract. I have a Classic Plus room at Pebble Mill, Pershore Road. I rent through Vita Student. Room available immediately. Payment plan is quarterly. 2nd October, 19th January, 2025 and 15th April, 2025. The contact end 6th September and can of course be renewed. Rent £454 a month but as mentioned payment is quarterly. Close to University of Birmingham and very popular Selly Oak. 20mins from City Centre. Room has kitchen, en-suite bathroom and CCTV as well as 24/7 on site team. Free Breakfast weekdays.
